The operating rules

Price and standing are different things.

These rules are part of the concept contract and would need final legal and operational review before launch.

Who it is for: Founders, technical builders, and operators with evidence of active work and a useful contribution to make.
Proposed price: $399 USD per year. It cannot be purchased in this prototype, and full renewal, tax, cancellation, FX, fee, and refund terms are not final.
Proposed sequence: Apply → pay → human review → activate if approved or refund if declined. This sequence remains contingent on legal and operating review.
Retreats are separate: Membership would not include or guarantee a house seat, accommodation, travel, meals, equipment, or a bounty. Each retreat would have separate selection, pricing, inclusions, and terms.
Sponsor boundary: Sponsors would receive no application data, member list, contact details, selection power, guaranteed introductions, or investment endorsement.
